Dear Parent/Carer,

Edinburgh Leisure, with support from the City of Edinburgh Council  are offering Family Swim Sessions on Saturdays during the Spring Term 2019.

The sessions are free for children with a disability and their families. 

There will be five separate sessions available on each of the identified Saturdays, you can register for your place by emailing a copy of the attached application form to tommygeorge@edinburghleisure.co.uk or returning completed applications by post to:

On the form you can indicate which sessions you would like to access and provide details for family members who are planning to attend (Parents/Carers, Children with a disability and their siblings)

You can indicate your interest for as many sessions as you like, we will then do our best to fairly allocate spaces to all applicants as equally as possible

Demand for this service has been very high, with many requests for each available space – please try to remember that for every swimming space that you have been allocated there are another 5 people who have requested that same space. Please only request sessions which you intend to use.

Please return all completed forms by 5pm Monday 28th January 2019 – We will inform families of allocated spaces as soon as possible
